TAL Marketing Group Limited t/a swoppa is an appointed representative of Creative Finance Corp LTD (FRN 968428). Creative Finance Corp LTD is authorised and regulated by theFinancial Conduct Authority under reference FRN 702435, and is the principal firm of TAL Marketing Group Limited.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, references to “we”, “us”, “our” or the “Site” are to swoppa, a registered trading name of TAL Marketing Group Limited.

  • Site – any website, mobile application, or other channels operated by us.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights (including copyright, database rights, trademarks, patents, and design rights) in the Site and its content belong to TAL Marketing Group Limited T/A swoppa or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You may print or download extracts of pages for your personal use only. You must not:

  • Modify paper or digital copies of any materials you print or download.
  • Use illustrations, photographs, video, or audio separately from accompanying text.

If you withdraw your consent for us to access or use your information from TransUnion (or any other credit reference agency), we will immediately stop using your data. We will not request or process any further information from TransUnion about you after your withdrawal has been received.

Eligibility and Use of the Site

  • The Site is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.
  • The Site is available only to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over.
  • You may not use the Site or services on behalf of another person.
  • By using the Site, you authorise us to access your information from TransUnion and other providers for the purposes described in these Terms.
  • If you withdraw your consent, we will immediately stop using your data and will not request or process any further information from TransUnion in relation to you.

Right to be informed – we must tell you how we use your data (see our Privacy Policy).

  • Right of access – you can request confirmation of whether we hold your personal data.
